But I believe Call of Brine is being overnerfed because it pairs well with other gen kick perks a little TOO well. So what about this? Keep the speed nerf to Call of Brine at 125% for 60 seconds, but it also adds a Ruin effect for those 60 seconds so a survivor can't just touch it to negate the perk.
