It is affecting both of the Shift keys on my usb external keyboard and the right Shift key on the laptops keyboard. I have tried updating the driver and it says that it is the most up to date driver. Web14 jan. 2016 · what keyboard is it? some have a function where holding down the ctrl or alt key for a short time will toggle the function. i believe Windows has this feature built-in also. check if you can find and turn off this type of feature.
