WebNov 7, 2010 · And when the motor holds a steady rpm between 1500 to 2500. I notice the headlights have a noticeable flicker. Just a change in intensity not an on/off flicker. Also my battery is reading 14.5 to 14.8 volts with the motor running, no matter what rpm its at. Any chance I need a new voltage regulator?
